Customers: By providing a phone number to a Company using Blue Collar Ops, you consent to receive transactional text messages related to your service appointment. These messages are operational in nature (not marketing) and are directly related to services you have requested.

Workers: Workers consent to receive work-related text notifications as part of their use of the Blue Collar Ops field app and platform.

4. Opting Out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Note: Opting out of SMS notifications may affect your ability to receive time-sensitive service updates. You can re-subscribe at any time by replying START.

6. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your scheduled service activity. A typical customer may receive 3–5 messages per service appointment. Workers may receive messages whenever new jobs are assigned or schedules change.

Blue Collar Ops does not charge for SMS messages. However, standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply.

8. Privacy

9. Supported Carriers

SMS messaging is available on all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and regional carriers. Carrier support may vary.
