Blue Collar Ops provides a cloud-based field service management platform that includes scheduling, dispatch, GPS tracking, invoicing, analytics, and AI-powered assistance tools for trade service companies.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
To use the Service, you must register for an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rate agreed upon at signup.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consents from your employees and customers for data you collect and process through the Service.
The Service includes AI-powered features including the Briggs assistant. These features are provided for operational assistance only and are not a substitute for professional judgment, training, or applicable code compliance. AI responses may not always be accurate and should be verified by qualified personnel.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Blue Collar Ops and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Collar Ops shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Travis County, Texas.
